The service

CSV Close Check compares two CSV exports under rules you select. Results identify possible inconsistencies for you to investigate. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice, and a clean report does not establish that either export is complete or correct. You remain responsible for source data, downloaded reports and any decisions or changes you make.

Subscription and payment

The hosted pilot costs $9 USD per month plus applicable tax and renews each month until canceled. Checkout shows the price, applicable tax and recurring payment terms before you pay. The plan includes 100 check reservations per paid monthly period, with no rollover or overage purchases. Invalid inputs rejected after a reservation still count; a retry of the same request does not count twice. Authentication uses Sign In With ChatGPT. This is an individual account plan; no team-sharing feature is offered.

Cancellation and refunds

Use “Manage billing / cancel” in your account to cancel renewal through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not normally refund that period. For a duplicate charge, a service problem, an inaccessible cancellation link or another refund request, contact csvclosecheck@gmail.com. Refund requests are reviewed individually. Any cancellation, refund or other rights required by applicable law remain available.

Files and retained information

Use only information you have authority to process. Do not upload passwords, API secrets, card numbers, health records or unnecessary personal data. Hosted CSV files are processed in memory; the application does not save the raw files or full reports. Download results when they appear. It saves comparison summaries, fingerprints, usage, terms acceptance and billing records as described in the privacy notice.

Availability and limits

This is an early pilot without a guaranteed uptime or response-time commitment. Hosted checks can pause when payments or payment updates cannot be verified, after refunds or disputes, or when the monthly allowance is exhausted. No scheduled imports, automated source-system changes, public API, team access or complete report archive is included. We may suspend abusive use or use that interferes with the service. These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes and contact

The recurring price you accept at Checkout is the basis of your subscription. We will not silently move an existing subscription to a higher-priced plan. Contact CSV Close Check at csvclosecheck@gmail.com for service, billing or privacy questions.
