What these numbers mean
Outstanding is the unpaid balance after recorded partial payments. Overdue means the due date is before the selected review date; due today is not overdue. Ready to review is overdue balance without a recorded dispute or an unexpired payment promise. These are overlapping views of the same invoices, not money recovered. A payment promise does not change the original due date.
Overpayments are flagged for allocation review and never reduce another invoice's balance. No fees, interest, credit scoring, legal notices or automatic collection actions are calculated. Up to 100 invoices, each from $0 to $9,999,999.99. Duplicate invoice IDs are rejected, including case variants. Enter already-agreed invoice totals; this tool does not calculate tax.
Entered payments must reflect the selected review date; this tool cannot reconstruct historical balances. Record only business invoice details you are authorized to use. There is no account synchronization, payment verification or collection service here. Downloaded files contain your entries and remain your responsibility. Reloading or closing this tab discards unsaved work. Use Save worksheet to download a copy you can reopen here; the follow-up report is a separate, non-editable export. A clear next step for each invoice.
The example has $2,450 overdue, but only $1,000 ready for reminder review. One invoice is disputed; another has an unexpired promise. That distinction prevents a blanket reminder from going to everyone.
